Days Gone System Requirements revealed

No, you’re not seeing things. Days Gone is indeed making its debut on the PC as one of the announcements from a big Sony-filled news day. While no release date has been announced yet, PC players can look forward to follow Deacon St. John’s adventures against the horde later in the Spring of 2021.

As shows on the Steam page of the game, the PC version will include ultra-wide monitor support, unlocked framerates and improved visuals. The system requirements have also been revealed, which looks pretty reasonable, and doesn’t require a major upgrade.

Minimum:

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 64-bits
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K@3.3GHz or AMD FX 6300@3.5GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 (3 GB) or AMD Radeon R9 290 (4 GB)
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 70 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: SSD for storage and 16 GB of memory is recommended

Our review of Days Gone calls it “An underrated gem overshadowed by bigger titles” and is best played on the PS5, which lets you appreciate the game in buttery smooth 60fps.
