One of 2021’s Game of the Year hopefuls was an Xbox and PC indie exclusive for a good part of this year, but at the State of Play Livestream, Death’s Door finally receives a release date of November 23 for the PS4 and PS5, alongside a surprise Switch release as well.

In this sleeper hit from the Summer, you take control of a crow who has lost a target and now will scour through the afterlife to get it. As he traverses through the different areas of the afterlife, he will face against great odds, fearsome foes, and learn about its many secrets.
As far as an action rogue-lite goes, Death’s Door hits the right notes in its release for the Xbox in Summer. Playstation users can now experience it for themselves and if you pre-order now, you will receive Titan Souls as a pre-order bonus.
Death’s Door is coming out on November 23, 2021 for the PS4, PS5, and Switch.
