Previously scheduled for a Q4 2021 release, the much-awaited Indie JRPG Edge of Eternity from Midgar Studio and Dear Villagers now has a confirmed release date for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series on February 10, 2022, with a Nintendo Switch Cloud Version to follow on February 23.

The upcoming title will feature the legendary composer Yasunori Mitsuda of Chrono Trigger and Xenogears fame composing new music, which is more than enough reason to give it a look early next year. To top it all off, a brand-new Japanese voiceover will also be included.

Edge of Eternity releases on February 10 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series, and Xbox One. It will also be available for the Nintendo Switch on February 23.

Vincent Ternida moved Vancouver, Canada in 2006 and called it home ever since. He spends the lockdown catching up with his Japanese RPGs, writing his new manuscripts, and figuring out why he suddenly became the main character of the latest Haruki Murakami novel.
