Ubisoft has just been super generous during this COVID-19 period and they’ve got one more ‘free’ offering for everyone. Coming from the free play weekend for The Crew 2, this time around it’s Far Cry 5.

Announced by the Ubisoft website and by the Far Cry website, the game will be free to play for PC via Uplay starting later today and will last throughout the weekend.

Peep the announcement trailer below:

The free play period for Asia will start from May 29 10PM Korean Standard Time (9PM Philippines) and will end on June 1 5AM Korean Standard Time (4AM Philippines) so you still have time to pre-load the game before the official free play time starts.

Any progress you make will carry over if you choose to purchase the game after the free to play period, with up to 75% off on the standard or gold editions of the game. Individual DLC prices have been slashed by 50% as well so there’s really no better time to hop into Far Cry than now.

Happy hunting!
