Turns out you won’t need a Nintendo Switch to experience Squall and Rinoa’s journey on the go as Final Fantasy VIII Remastered is now available on iOS and Android mobile devices.

The game is currently on sale at an introductory price of $16.99 (PHP849.00) from today until April 4, so if you’re thinking about purchasing it, now is the perfect time to do so. After April 4, it goes back to its regular price of $20.99 (around PHP1,049).

The mobile release will enjoy all of the improvements from the 2019 release including Battle Assist, No Encounters, and 3X Battle Speed, highlighted by remastered graphics that truly makes Squall the best looking guy here.

Final Fantasy VIII tells the story of Squall and the elite mercenary force called SeeD and their quest against Galbadia and the Sorceress Edea from spreading their tyrannical rule, and is now available for Android and iOS devices.

You can also look forward to 2 new Final Fantasy VII-based mobile games in Ever Crisis and The Last Soldier soon!
