Halo Infinite has been in a content drought as of late despite its blistering launch late last year. 343 Industries is looking to change that with the announcement of a brand new multiplayer season coming next month.

Season 2, entitled Lone Wolves, is coming on May 3, 2022, and will be bringing a new battle pass, new maps, and some additional modes. According to previous reports, it seems like we’ll be getting a couple of new maps for Arena and Big Team Battle, along with a new mode that is looking like Halo Infinite’s take on battle royale called “Last Spartan Standing.”

On the campaign front, however, 343 has recently announced that they’ll be needing more time to get both Forge and Campaign co-op in the game, both trademark features of the franchise. Campaign co-op might land sometime during Season 2, while Forge is looking to make its drop on Season 3.

Are you looking forward to Halo Infinite’s multiplayer Season 2 next month?
