We may not be getting Halo Infinite as an Xbox Series launch title but you can relive all of the good memories with a full suite of updates as Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be full optimized for the Xbox Series, with improvements like 120fps in both campaign and multiplayer and up to 4K resolution on Series X.

The news comes from Microsoft themselves, as they announced the upgrades over social media.

Even better, if you’re a Game Pass Subscriber or if you already own the collection, you’ll get to play it for free when it hits the service on November 17.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection brings together Halo: Reach, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo 4 into one spectacular package, reliving all the heroics of the Chief before Infinite comes out.
