Here Are Your PS Plus Games For December 2021

Update:

PlayStation Asia has updated their PS Plus offerings for the month and for December, they’re closing it out with a bang by including Judge Eyes / Judgement (PS4) on top of the other 3 games, making it 4 games in total for Southeast Asia!

Original:

Just when you think the year would end without a PS Plus leak to somewhat keep the element of surprise, you thought wrong, as it turns out that the leak from last week has indeed turned into a reality (again).

As officially announced on the PlayStation Blog, the PS Plus free games for December 2021 are Godfall: Challenger Edition (PS5), Mortal Shell (PS4), and LEGO DC Super-Villains (PS4).

It needs to be said that the version of Godfall that is included this month is not an ordinary version as players may know. Instead, the Challenger Edition is basically sort of a “trial version” that won’t get you the full experience, but instead will equip players with weapons and gear while focusing only on 3 endgame content modes – Lightbringer, Dreamstones, and the Ascended Tower of Trials.

This sounds great if you want to skip ahead but will be weird for players who are just starting out, being thrown into the deep end right away. Players may choose to upgrade to the deluxe edition of Godfall at anytime.

All 3 PS Plus games will be available to download starting December 7 until January 3 and will be free for PlayStation Plus Subscribers only, so if you haven’t yet, picking up a subscription is a good idea.
