Insomniac Games have been busy.
Prior to their big release for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart in June, the team have put out a couple of great updates to Ratchet & Clank and Spider-Man: Miles Morales that fans will surely appreciate.
For their 2016 hit, the PS5 60fps update initial scheduled for April is now live! You can now replay the game in buttery smooth 60fps while enjoying all the antics both Ratchet & Clank have to offer. This will certainly hype you up even more for Rift Apart!
The next update is for Miles Morales, adding a new “Advanced Tech Suit” as well as various other fixes. One update that comes in for PS5 only is the addition of “realistic muscle deformation” on certain suits, giving the impression of a more realistic figure rather than a mannequin-like physique.
This is quite interesting, and while it probably won’t be too noticeable while you swing around the neighborhood, Insomniac could be testing it out for a new title.
Both Ratchet & Clank and Spider-Man: Miles Morales are now available for the PS4 and PS5.
