One of our more anticipated titles for August, Kena: Bridge of Spirits has been delayed to September 21, as announced by Ember Lab.

Further polish is needed for the title, and while a delay is unfortunate, the good news is that it will only be delayed by a month from its initial release date of August 24.

Due to the pandemic, working through extraordinary situations has been tough for everyone. Returnal was also delayed previously to get some extra polish in, and it has become one of the best titles of 2021. Rushing out this game so close to completion isn’t a good idea, so this extra month should hopefully work well in their favor.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits will now release on September 21 for the PS5, PS4, and PC.
