This is a much needed update, and will be a relief for players who are struggling with disk space at the moment due to the massive file size needed by the game.

There’s a catch though – you’ll need to download the latest update first before the file size optimization can take place.

After downloading the update, enhancements to the overall content management system will be possible through data optimization and streamlining content packs needed for individual game modes. Overall, the reduction in file size is not that big in the grand scheme of things, but is still a welcome step in lessening its footprint to make way for other games.
