P.T. was reportedly playable on PS5 until Konami decided it shouldn’t be

Well shit.

Remember that news report that was confirmed with Konami about P.T. not being downloadable for the PS5? Well, there’s a reason why, and it’s because Konami literally decided not to make it playable.

According to a report by Polygon, they’ve confirmed that it was indeed transferrable AND playable from PS4 to PS5 since two weeks ago but all that just suddenly changed. At the moment, the game tile (for those who have it) displays “Playable on PS4” and has become non-playable and non-transferrable to the PS5.

When Polygon reached out to Sony for a comment, a Sony spokesperson said that it “was a publisher decision.”

Well, that’s a massive c***block if I’ve ever seen one myself.
