Once a kickstarter project and initially scheduled for a 2017 release, the PlayStation documentary ‘From Bedrooms to Billions: The PlayStation Revolution’ will finally release on September 7 in both physical and digital formats.

An independent film by Anthony and Nicola Caulfield, the makers of ‘From Bedrooms to Billions’ and ‘The Amiga Years’, the documentary will take us through the early years of the PlayStation and how it rose to power as something that revolutionized the console gaming industry as we know it.

The documentary will feature numerous interviews from key personalities like Mark Cerny, Jim Ryan, Phil Harrison, Hideo Kojima, Shinji Mikami, and so much more, so it goes without saying that this is worth a watch for all PlayStation fans, and even gaming fans in general.

Will you give this a watch once it releases on September 7?
