Sony has announced that the PSVR2 is set to launch in early 2023, as confirmed by multiple regional social media accounts.
The situation is quite funny. On Twitter, almost all of the other regional PlayStation accounts, like UK and Japan, have already made their announcements, but the main US account hasn’t uttered a word yet. Weirdly, the same announcement was made on their Instagram page but nowhere else.
The same can be said on Facebook, where the main PlayStation account has not posted anything, similar to PlayStation Asia, but regional pages like PlayStation Australia have already published the announcement.
We’re guessing that timings just got messed up, but the announcement from the main page should be rolling in soon for its other accounts. Whatever the case may be, players looking forward to the PSVR2 can get their hands on it early next year.
Multiple games have already been announced for the PSVR2, including the likes of Resident Evil Village, Horizon Call of the Mountain, and No Man’s Sky.
Will you be getting the PSVR2?
