Capcom has released a new Resident Evil Village Trailer that further hypes up the upcoming DLC included in the Gold Edition of the game.

Entitled “Winters’ Expansion,” the DLC is set to release on October 28 and will include a third-person mode for the campaign, The Mercenaries Additional Orders featuring new stages and playable characters (Chris Redfield, Heisenberg, and Lady Dimitrescu), and a continuation of the story in Shadows of Rose.

In this latest trailer from Capcom, we get to see gameplay of the three new usable characters in Mercenaries, showcasing some of the skills that each has to get rid of the rampaging creatures.

The Mercenaries update will also introduce two new stages – Bloody Village and Bloody River. In particular, it is unknown how to unlock the Bloody River, but challenging enemies await those who dare to enter.

The expansion, which will be available on October 28, 2022 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC, will also be part of a repackaged Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, launching on the same day.
