Returnal Books a February 2023 Release Date for the PC, System Requirements Revealed
Housemarque and Sony Interactive Entertainment have announced that Returnal is coming to PC via Steam and Epic Games Store for $59.99 on February 15, 2023.
Alongside this announcement, a new PC features trailer has also been released, which details all of the bells and whistles that players can expect when the game launches in less than a month.
Returnal will add NVIDIA DLSS and AMD FSR, ensuring frame rates are kept high and steady without compromising on resolution. NVIDIA NIS has also been added, upping performance without the need to have the DLSS or FSR-required hardware.
The game will also support ray-traced shadows, ray-traced reflections, and two new wide-resolution formats – Ultrawide at 21:9 and Super Ultrawide 32:9.
Additionally, Returnal on the PC will also support 3D audio through 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound, Dolby Atmos, and custom ray-traced audio. DualSense Controller, along with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, will also be supported.
