Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has announced SD Shin Kamen Rider Rumble, a new title that is set to release for the Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.

The upcoming game is a beat ‘em up/hack and slash title that will be based on the movie, Shin Kamen Rider, which will be airing in cinemas in Japan in March 2023.

The crazy fight between Kamen Rider and SHOCKER will now be displayed in an SD visual style, with various kinds of power-up systems that lie in wait for players to experience.

The movie is written and directed by Hideaki Anno, and will feature Sosuke Ikematsu as Takeshi Hongo/Kamen Rider. The heroine, Ruriko Midorikawa, is played by well-known actress, Minami Hamabe, while Hayato Ichimonji/Kamen Rider No. 2 will be played by Tasuku Emoto – a very talented individual who fits the role perfectly.
