The Spider-Man: No Way Home hype is definitely real and it’s coming soon to theaters near you but if you aren’t able to catch it soon for whatever reason, then the closest thing you can get is Spider-Man Remastered on your PS5 because Insomniac Games are adding two new suits inspired by the movie.

The two new suits will be added on December 10 and the only way to gain access to these suits will be through Spider-Man Remastered, meaning it will be a PlayStation 5 exclusive since the remastered version of the game is only available through the Miles Morales Ultimate Edition.

Why are the new Spider-Man Remastered suits exclusive to PS5?

Understandably, some fans have expressed their outrage at the decision and Insomniac Games have responded, saying that they’ve updated the game multiple times since it was released back in 2018 and in an effort to keep the game running in tip-top shape on the PS4, they’ve made the painful decision to keep it as a PS5 exclusive so that the players can continue to enjoy the game without a compromised playing experience.

Whatever the case, it’s great to see Insomniac still pouring some love for the game and the upcoming movie is certainly a good reason to do so.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Spider-Man Remastered are both available for the PlayStation. Spider-Man: No Way Home hits cinemas on December 17.
