EA has announced that PS4 and Xbox One versions of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor are in the early stages of development.
This revelation was made during the Q1 2024 earnings call, which is certainly a surprise to most, especially since it was first revealed to be a PS5, Xbox Series, and PC exclusive launch. While it was released to great reviews, many critics pointed out that its performance was rocky despite the delay, needing multiple post-launch patches to iron out.
No further details about the PS4 and Xbox One release were given, much less a release date, but considering how the game performed on the PS5 and Xbox Series, it would be wise to consider that EA and Respawn will be taking their time to address concerns and port it properly to less powerful hardware.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is now available for PS5, Xbox Series, and PC.
