Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater remaster reveals star-studded additions to the roster, pre-orders now live

The announcement of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 sure sent shockwaves across the gaming community and along with the original cast, some of the most preeminent pro skaters in the world today will be joining the roster.

The likes of Nyjah Huston, Leo Baker, Leticia Bufoni, Aori Nishimura, Lizzie Armanto, Shane O’Neill, Riley Hawk and Tyshawn Jones will be bringing their talents to the game when it launches on September 4.

“Modern-day skateboarding originated from a generation of skaters who grew up playing the original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater games,” said Michelle Bresaw, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Activision. “The world-class pro skaters we’re adding to this remaster took the tricks and combos from the videogame and made them possible in real life. We’re proud that the remaster will represent the skate culture landscape today with a diverse roster of skaters that will appeal to any gamer.”

Pre-orders are now available across all platforms (PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC) and digital pre-orders will get access to the Warehouse Demo starting on August 14, ahead of the game’s official launch.

The base version will retail for $39.99 or around PHP2,000 while the digital deluxe version that includes unique content and in-game gear will retail for $49.99 or around PHP2,500. Hardcore shredders will want to go for the collector’s edition that will retail for $99.99 or around PHP5,000 and includes a limited-run Birdhouse deck.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 is scheduled to release on September 4, 2020.
