Riot Games previously announced three Valorant Champions Tour 2023 Ascension Tournaments that would promote three teams to prove themselves within the International Leagues during the VCT season, receive similar league benefits, and an equal chance to qualify for Masters and Champions.
Today, Riot has clarified that all three Ascension Tournaments will conclude on LAN and in front of live audiences.
Immediately after the conclusion of Masters Tokyo scheduled on June 11-25, three Challengers Ascension tournaments will kick off, featuring the best teams from within the Pacific, EMEA, and Americas regions. More than twenty Challengers Leagues have been underway across the world in 2023, narrowing down hundreds of teams to the very best.

The top 3 teams from each group will advance into the playoffs, which will take place in Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).
The top 2 teams from the Group Stage will earn byes into the Semifinals, while the other 4 teams will begin the Quarterfinals. The Single Elimination Playoff bracket will feature Best-of-Three matches in the early rounds and a Best-of-Five Grand Final.
