Xbox Cloud Gaming begins limited beta for PC and iOS

Feeling left out because of your incompatible device? Xbox Cloud Gaming is coming soon to a PC and iOS device near you!

Announced via Xbox Wire, Windows 10 PC’s and iOS devices will now be able to play their favorite Xbox games even without an Xbox console. Select Game Pass Ultimate members will get first dibs on the service, and invites will be sent out starting tomorrow. Right now, there’s a limited number of countries that support the service, but we can expect Microsoft to work its way to become more widely available throughout the year.

In case you are one of the lucky ones chosen, all you will need is a controller that you can connect either via Bluetooth or USB to your device of choice and start testing out the expansive library of games made available by Microsoft for testing.

We think the service holds limitless potential for gamers, and it would certainly be a game-changer once full roll out is achieved.
