Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands gives a look at the hilarious Stabbomancer and Brr-Zerker classes
It’s been a while since we’ve received any updates for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, but Gearbox has dropped something big today revealing a short but sweet featurette welcoming us to the magical world of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
In it, we’re treated to character classes, featuring the Stabbomancer and the Brr-Zerker. As we’re following more of a high-fantasy take on Borderlands, the same tongue-in-cheek humor will definitely grace this latest effort.
The stealth gameplay that the Stabbomancer will utilize revolves around hiding in shadows, blade-inspired spells, which will mostly capitalize on backstab tactics, hence the name. It’s basically a rogue for all intents and purposes!
On the other hand, the Brr-Zerker uses ice magic and smashes enemies to dust with their axe. It’s a more direct approach to the familiar class but with a crazy twist that you’d expect from the game.
As you explore and shoot your way out of danger into the Overworld inspired by table-top RPGs, what’s added to your arsenal are melee combat and spellcasting unique to the classes explained above.
A more subtle highlight in the video is the environments presented for you to explore, taking you to different areas in Wonderlands with their own side quests and unique locales similar to that from the Borderlands franchise. Featured is Butt Stallion’s realm, Brighthoof, where you can explore their castle and their bright kingdom. The Sunfang Oasis and Tangledrift are also explored, featuring more into the badlands and a desert where you will engage with the Skeleton Army that stops your progress.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands launches on March 25 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and the PC.
