Extremely expensive Resident Evil Village Collector’s Edition costs $1,800
If you thought the recently revealed Resident Evil Village Collector’s Edition was already pricey, clocking in at $220, then you’ll want to look away from this one.
As seen over at the E-Capcom shop, the Resident Evil Village Collector’s Edition Z Version costs a whopping 192,500 Japanese Yen. Roughly computed, that’s around PHP90,000 or $1,800. What the hell does it come with?
For the curious, the package comes with the usual Collector’s Edition items, but also comes with a couple of more items for the hardcore collector, like the Weapon Miniature Replicas and the “Village of Shadows” artbook. More than that, this edition comes with a buttonless replica chester coat, which is the same coat worn by Chris Redfield in the game. It would definitely be interesting to see if someone actually spends this much money for it, let us know, Capcom!
I don’t know if I would pay that much to look like Chris, even though our names are the same.
Resident Evil Village is set to release for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC on May 7, 2021.
