Call of Duty: Vanguard artwork leaked, reveal reportedly happening next week
The reveal for the next entry in the long-running Call of Duty franchise seems to be happening as soon as next week if reports are to be believed.
Named Call of Duty: Vanguard, promotional materials datamined from the recent Black Ops Cold War update show the new artwork in question.
Some images from sites like Charlie Intel and on Twitter care of users like @rdpgkellytv and @solidas6 have been circulating, with some even being struck with copyright takedown notices. (we won’t be hosting the said images on the page)
Based on the images, there seem to be multiple editions being offered as per usual, along with an Ultimate Edition and a Cross-gen bundle incoming. Some info also states that the game will go back to a World War 2 setting in the Pacific and some maps from World at War will be remastered.
One of the said leaked images shows 3 new operators – Lucas, Polina, and Wade.
According to Tom Henderson of Dualshockers, the reveal is set to happen on August 19, which is exactly a week from now, so whether or not the information is true, we won’t have to wait too long to find out.
