For those wanting more Bloodborne in their diet, be on the lookout for Thymesia coming out next year for the PS5, Xbox Series, and PC in 2022. From Team 17 and OverBorder Studio, Thymesia sends the player to a hauntingly beautiful and punishing world where we’ll follow Corvus, a half-human and half-raven adventurer as he tries to piece together his lost memories.

Featuring punishing combat, the game boasts a Mortal Shell atmosphere, but following a much closer aesthetic to Bloodborne as the combat appears focused on speed, agility, and juggling combos over the slow and calculated strikes based on a Dark Souls paradigm.

Some of the key gameplay features include weaponizing diseases from enemies and wielding them as deadly weapons to take on the extremely hostile and challenging mutated enemies along the way. With many ways to customize Corvus’ abilities and builds, replay value seems high as you traverse through the sinister world with a story that features multiple endings.
