Initially scheduled to hit early access on January 26, 2022, Secret 6 has announced that their upcoming FPS title Project Xandata will shift its release schedule to March 22, 2022, being hit with a 2-month delay.

The announcement was made by Secret 6 on their social media channels, saying that the delay was due to the effects brought about by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, prioritizing the health and safety of the team. On top of this, certain optimization issues turned out to be bigger than expected, so this extra time will definitely help out the team smooth out the kinks from open beta that will result in “an experience befitting modern FPS titles.”
