The Pokemon Company and Game Freak have announced Pokemon Legends Z-A, which is scheduled to release in 2025 for the Nintendo Switch.

While the trailer didn’t show too much of what the game actually is, we know that it will be focused on Lumiose City and that Mega Evolutions will be making a welcome return.

Here’s a short overview of the game based on the trailer:

“A new adventure awaits within Lumiose City, where an urban redevelopment plan is underway to shape the city into a place that belongs to both people and Pokemon. Please look forward to seeing it for yourself.​​”

Pokemon Legends Z-A is scheduled to release in 2025 for the Nintendo Switch.
