Netflix has finally given us an inside peek at its upcoming animation show based on the hit video game Cuphead.

For the unfamiliar, Cuphead is described as a “run and gun” game that was released on September 29, 2017 for the Xbox and PC. Developed by StudioMDHR, Cuphead rose to fame due to its very challenging and frustrating gameplay, coupled with its 1930’s Fleischer style look and feel.

Tru Valentino and Frank Todaro, the talents that will perform Cuphead and Mugman respectively, will be joined by executive producer CJ Kettler of the Netflix show Carmen Sandiego.

There is no specified release window yet for The Cuphead Show as of writing, just a short and sweet ‘Coming Soon’ towards the end of the video.
