Kojima Productions is working on a new project
After the highly polarizing Death Stranding, it’s been a mystery as to what the next game for Kojima Productions will be. While any info about Kojima is scarce at this point, one thing that is confirmed is that they are indeed working on a new game, hiring “best-in-class” talent to work out of their studio in Tokyo.
This comes from a social media post from their Twitter account, which interested talent can apply on the Kojima Productions Website.
According to IGN, there is mention of “3D model production for “weapons, gadgets, vehicles, mechas”, and desired experience with “Event control system[s] in RPG”, but again, it would be anyone’s guess as to what the project will be. Unless Silent Hill suddenly because a mecha rpg, that’s probably not it. At this point, who knows?
Similarly, Sucker Punch is also hiring a narrative writer to work on something related to Feudal Japan, sparking rumors of a possible sequel to Ghost of Tsushima.
