GCL Launches 4Divinity Game Fund Initiative to Support Game Developers in Southeast Asia

GCL has announced the 4Divinity Games Fund amounting to SGD $5M (USD $3.7M) to support the development of console and PC game titles in Southeast Asia.

This initiative is aimed to encourage the creation of content from regional developers, which GCL and 4Divinity will support with their experience and expertise.

“There are a wealth of great ideas and stories from Southeast Asia that can be turned into fun and moving game experiences, and we want to support creators in this area just like how we’ve supported creators in the YouTube space with Titan Digital Media,” GCL CEO Jacky Choo shares. “Our deep experience in partnering with top global publishers in the last 16 years to deliver AAA titles to markets in this region, puts us in a great position to identify future critical and commercial hits that would make a positive impact in the region’s games development scene.”
