Let’s Unbox the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Deluxe and Collector’s Editions
First off, the Deluxe Edition.
Here’s what you get:
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Deluxe Edition includes:
- Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Base Game
- Art Book
- Mini soundtrack
- Steelbook
We get the lovely case that holds all of the contents, Similar to Remake, this Final Fantasy VII Rebirth case sports an almost all-black design with just the logo emblazoned on the front of the packaging. Behind, we get to see some of the usual information but with the backdrop of a beautiful screenshot featuring Cloud and Sephiroth.
Upon opening, we get 4 items as part of the package – The base game with the Deluxe Edition DLC, a collectible steelbook, a mini soundtrack, and a hardcover artbook.
As someone who collects steelbooks, the one included here looks simple and nice, especially the design over at the back. While it is certainly collectible, the steelbook in other regions looks way better, which features the actual key art of the game.
The artbook is quite nice, containing sketches and illustrations of various places, characters, and monsters found in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.
The 12-track mini soundtrack of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is the last item in the package, and considering that the soundtrack of the game is utterly phenomenal, this small selection should satiate your appetite while waiting for the full tracklist.
