Avatar: Generations is an Upcoming Turn-based Mobile Game from Square Enix
Square Enix London and Paramount Consumer Products have announced Avatar: Generations, a turn-based RPG that is set to have its soft launch later this month.
This upcoming mobile game will soft launch for iOS and Android devices and will soft launch in select territories first – Canada, Denmark, South Africa, and Sweden.
The game is said to bring back the iconic cast such as Aang, Katara, Sokka, Appa, and much more as they “embark on a globetrotting quest to fulfill Aang’s destiny.” The game will also feature future expansions that will explore “Kyoshi, Korra, Roku, and more across the timelines of the Four Nations.”
Squad-based battles will be the name of the game, which will feature party customization systems that will allow players to recruit new heroes to bolster their team, all while exploring fan-favorite locations and stories along with new stories that further expand the Avatar universe.
“We are thrilled to unveil Avatar: Generations as the second official title in production from Square Enix London Mobile and I can’t wait for players to dive in later this year. Avatar: Generations represents Square Enix London Mobile’s continued investment in publishing high-quality free-to-play mobile titles based on iconic IPs,” says Patrick Naud, Square Enix Montreal head of mobile.
