What started first as a teaser post by both Nintendo and Puma referencing an upcoming collab between the two brands for Animal Crossing, today we finally get a first look at the collection.

As spotted on SneakerFreaker, the Animal Crossing and Puma collection kicks off (heh) with the Wild Rider silhouette, one of the three sneakers that will make up the collection, rounded up by the Suede and Future Rider (not yet shown). The collection will have styles for both adults and kids, which will surely make a lot of fans happy.

The Wild Rider sports the trademark Animal Crossing colors, with suede panels on the front and back part of the shoe. The tongue and heel have the Animal Crossing leaf graphic etched and if you look closely, you’ll see some of the characters in the game on the shoe upper, and you’ll also see the logo on the insole of the shoe.

There will also be a hoodie that shows the various villagers in the game plastered on the back.

No information yet on whether this collection will see a local Philippine release, but we’re hoping that they do drop locally similar to other efforts with Uniqlo and KFC.

According to Sneaker Freaker, more details about the collection will be revealed in due time, hopefully including the price and release date.
