The SM Mall of Asia Music Hall buzzed with excitement over the weekend as Cyberzone Game Fest 2026 brought gamers, creators, and tech enthusiasts together under one roof. 

Featuring hardware showcases, competitive tournaments, and live performances, the event was another example of why SM Cyberzone is #TechWeLikeZoneWeLove

The festival floor came alive with massive displays from PC Express and Acer Predator, each giving attendees a hands‑on look at the latest in gaming technology. 

PC Express showcased a wide range of products, from ROG monitors to HyperX peripherals such as headphones, keyboards, and microphones, ensuring every gamer found something to level up their setup. 

Nearby, Acer Predator drew crowds with its immersive gaming stations, where players could test laptops and desktops in real‑time. 

Adding to the excitement, Datablitz joined the lineup with accessories from 8BitDo and GameSir, offering event-goers a 10% discount on select products.

And for mobile gamers, OPPO’s Reno 15 series delivered enticing upgrade deals, allowing them to further enhance their mobile gaming experience.

Spotlight on Local Development

Arguably, one of the highlights of Cyberzone Game Fest 2026 was the Cyberzone Dev Den, which showcased games from local developers and took center stage.

VI is a 3v3 arena game from Gridlock Games Studio, which is set in an alternate universe called Pangea. VI features Malakas from the legendary tale of Malakas and Maganda as its main character. Attendees were able to try the game and share feedback directly to the devs, who were also in attendance.

Tournaments That Brought the Heat

Of course, the centerpiece of Cyberzone Game Fest was the competitive action. Fierce battles unfolded across Tekken 8, Street Fighter 6, and Dota 2, with players showcasing skill, strategy, and passion before roaring crowds.

The festivities were hosted by Phaister, whose trademark energy kept the audience engaged from start to finish. Adding to the hype, rapper and dancer J2X delivered a performance that blended music and movement.

Eager fans who missed out need not worry, as Cyberzone Game Fest is coming to SM City Fairview on May 23 and 24 to bring the fun and festivities to more people!
