Diablo Immortal will feature Controller Support and Button Mapping
Diablo Immortal will be having its closed beta test on October 28 for Android devices (sorry, iOS) and for some, playing on phones using the default touch controls will prove to be a challenge. Fret not as the game will feature controller support for those with compatible devices.
Speaking to various media outfits during a preview session, Production Director Caleb Arseneaux confirms that Diablo Immortal will indeed feature controller support which will start with an initial test run during the closed beta phase.
Controller support was one of the most highly requested features from previous test phases and this time around, the game will have limited support for a specific number of controllers that will only grow in number and level of interaction as they approach launch.
Diablo Immortal Supported Controllers for Closed Beta
Starting this closed beta, the game will have support for the following controllers:
- Xbox One Wireless Bluetooth Controller
- Xbox Series X/S Bluetooth Controller
- Xbox Elite Controller Series 2
- Xbox Adaptive Controller
- Sony Dualshock 4
- Razer Kishi
Controller mapping will also be available, giving players the freedom to update the configuration to suit their preferences.
Diablo Immortal will have its closed beta test starting October 28 for android devices only and is scheduled to launch in 2022.
