Here’s your first look at Cyberpunk 2077 running on a PS4 Pro and PS5

During the last episode of Night City Wire, CD Projekt Red have revealed brand new gameplay footage. It was quite special, because it was the first time we saw actual console footage and not PC captures. Now, after the Xbox footage, we get to see gameplay from both the PS4 Pro and the PS5 via backwards compatibility.

Without further ado, check it out below:

Similar to the Xbox footage, its looking like CD Projekt Red have done a really good job on translating this to the “current” consoles and while the visual quality isn’t quite top notch with a few frame drops here and there, the next gen consoles is really where Cyberpunk 2077 will shine.

One thing to note is that we have not seen footage of the game running on the base console models (PS4 and Xbox One). One can imagine that it’ll be quite the challenge, since the upgraded models are already seen with dips in performance.

In any case, it won’t take too long now to see Cyberpunk 2077 barring any more delays. In fact, some people are already playing it now.

Cyberpunk 2077 is scheduled to release on December 10 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC.
