Kuwabara From Netflix’s Yu Yu Hakusho Live-action Adaptation has Been Revealed
Netflix has revealed the actor who will be playing the role of Kuwabara in the upcoming Yu Yu Hakusho live-action adaptation and he is none other than Shuhei Uesugi.
The last exclusive reveal comes by way of IGN, and shows the actor lacking a bit of the Kuwabara signature pompadour that’s not so evident, at least in this reveal.
Shuhei Uesugi is a Japanese actor whose previous roles include Shin’ichirō Kazama in the film My Boyfriend in Orange, Kōki Shigeta in the film Our 30-Minute Sessions, and Isshiki Fujinaga in the NHK drama Kirin ga Kuru.
Over the past few days, Netflix has announced all of the leads starring in this upcoming live-action adaptation – Takumi Kitamura as Yusuke, Jun Shison as Kurama, Kanata Hongo as Hiei,
The Yu Yu Hakusho live-action adaptation from Netflix is scheduled to be released in December 2023.
