Hearthstone’s Masquerade Ball event kicks off on September 29
Hearthstone and the latest expansion Scholomance Academy have had a lot of events since its release and it doesn’t show any signs of slowing down as the newest in-game event, the Masquerade Ball, is next on the list!
The Tavern will undergo a makeover for the Masquerade Ball limited-time event and will feature brand new content (unlocking weekly) which includes Tavern Brawls, the return of Dual-Class Arena, a new Hearthstone Book of Heroes solo experience and more.
You can check out the event trailer below:
Starting tomorrow, September 30, players will be able to recruit and wield the awesome power of Elementals in Battlegrounds. The update will bring four new Heroes, 16 new minions, a new progression system, and a ratings reset.
Dual-Class Arenas will also make a return, and all players will be given one free Arena ticket to join in on the fun. These arenas are only available during the event!
New Tavern Brawls will also make their way as part of the event, and you can see the schedule below:
- Rise of the Zombeasts (September 30) – Create an undead army filled with Zombeasts as Deathstalker Rexxar and his discounted Hero Power.
- Masquerade Ball (October 8) – Everyone dons a costume at the Scholomance Academy Masquerade Ball! When a minion is played, it transforms into one that costs (2) more. When that minion dies, the original minion is revealed and rejoins the fight!
- Boss Battle Royale (October 15) – Choose from 10 big bad bosses and fight! Classes are tied to corresponding bosses such as Cenarius for Druid, Rotwing for Hunter, and Lich Baz’hial for Mage.
A new Book of Heroes chapter as Rexxar will also be available on October 14 and will be free for all players, rewarding everyone with 1 Hunter Pack once all 8 bosses have been conquered.
