After being radio silent for months, Blizzard Entertainment has now announced that PC gamers will finally get a shot to try out Overwatch 2 for its beta test starting late April.
Overwatch 2 PC Beta
Closed alpha testing is actually ongoing in select regions, but is limited to Blizzard employees, League pros, and a few other select groups. For the wider PVP beta test, more players will be included and will be asked to provide feedback, and will include the following features:
- 5v5
- New Hero: Sojourn
- New Maps
- New Mode:Push
- Hero Reworks
- New Ping System
Sign-ups for the beta will be happening on the Overwatch website and players will be granted access in phases, opening up to more and more participants as the phases go on.
