Square Enix hires Dragon’s Dogma and DMC5 designer for a new triple A project
Square Enix is currently hiring for a battle director for their next triple A title, one with “skills and experience in AAA titles as well as action scene and battle part design” as pointed out in their recruitment site (translated by Siliconera).
They may have possibly gotten the best candidate on the list.
Ryota Suzuki, Devil May Cry 5 designer and game design lead for Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen as well gameplay lead for Dragon’s Dogma, has taken up the position, which leads us to believe that the upcoming title will be in good hands.
There’s not much details on what game is being developed and what franchise it will be based from, but it was implied to be an action game or some sort.
We hope to hear more details on this project soon.
