Owlcat Games has announced that The Expanse: Osiris Reborn will hold a closed beta starting April 22, 2026 for supporters who purchase the Collectorโs Edition or Millerโs Pack. The announcement was made during the Xbox Partner Preview, where the first gameplay trailer was also revealed.
The sciโfi action RPG will officially launch in Spring 2027 on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG), Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5, with a Day One release on Xbox Game Pass.
The Expanse: Osiris Reborn – First Look at Gameplay
The new trailer showcases dynamic thirdโperson combat, zeroโgravity movement, and lifeโorโdeath encounters aboard a remote space station. Players take on the role of a Pinkwater Security mercenary who survives the catastrophic incident on Eros, building a team to fight against Protogen and its experiments.
While set in The Expanse universe, the game focuses on an original storyline with new characters, companions, and branching choices.
