For years, Filipino Nintendo fans have had to rely on foreign regions to access digital purchases and subscription services. That will finally change next month, as Nintendo has announced that both the Nintendo eShop and Nintendo Switch Online services will officially launch in the Philippines on November 10 for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 users.

Nintendo eShop Arrives in the Philippines
With the launch of Nintendo eShop, players in the Philippines will be able to purchase and download digital games directly from Nintendo’s storefront. The service will also provide access to downloadable content (DLC) and Nintendo Switch Online memberships.
The arrival of the eShop brings the Philippines closer to feature parity with other officially supported Nintendo territories, making digital purchases more convenient for local users.

Alongside the eShop, Nintendo Switch Online will also become officially available in the country. Subscribers will be able to enjoy online multiplayer gameplay, cooperative experiences, and a growing library of classic titles from previous Nintendo platforms.
Nintendo also highlighted additional membership benefits, including access to exclusive games available only to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers and the Save Data Cloud feature, which allows supported game saves to be backed up online for added convenience.

Nintendo eShop and Nintendo Switch Online services will officially be available in the Philippines starting November 10.
