EA has announced that Battlefield 2042’s Season 3: Escalation will be available on November 23, and will feature the map Spearhead, Specialist Rasheed Zain, multiple weapons, a unique multi-mode tank, a loaded Battle Pass, the highly anticipated Specialist rework, and much more.

In Battlefield 2042 Season 3, players will be taking the fight to the untamed wilderness in Sweden, which features semi-automated manufacturing facilities of high-tech weaponry. In the midst of the chaos, players can also take control of Egyptian-born Specialist and security expert Zain and his XM370A Airburst Rifle, who can also recharge his health after taking out an enemy.

There’s also a weapon for every type of engagement in Season 3. The Rorsch Mk-4 Railgun launches unbelievably fast projectiles and features multiple firing modes, while the double-barreled semi-automatic NVK-S22 Smart Shotgun is ideal for close-quarters situations. Rounding out the field is the long-barreled NVK-P125 Bullpup Pistol, ideal for long-distance encounters.

Players will also gain access to the multi-moded EMKV90-TOR Tank, featuring Mobility and Siege Modes that allow players to choose how they want to wreak havoc.

  • Xbox: Free Play Days, December 1-4
  • Steam: Free Weekend, December 1-5
