If you’re one of the many players who are currently disappointed with the state of Cyberpunk 2077 and have purchased a copy for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, you know that CD Projekt Red has recently offered to refund people due to the dismal launch experience. Wondering how refunds will work? Here’s how.
Epicsoft Asia Pte Ltd, Southeast Asian distributor for the game, will be assisting with the refunds for retail / physical version R3 copies of the game for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One only. From December 17 until December 21, customers from Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan can go to THIS LINK to have their refunds processed.

No further details have been given, as it says that next steps will be given to the customers directly as they are contacted by CDPR. At least the process is “simple”, as you’ll just have to wait for after December 21 for their reply.
CD Projekt Red have promised a couple of big patches in the next few months for Cyberpunk 2077 that will hopefully fix the launch problems faced by the game. Here’s hoping!
