Naughty Dog confirms all of their PS4 games will be playable on the PS5

Sony have recently put out information on backwards compatibility, confirming that an overwhelming majority of PS4 titles will be playable on the PS5, with the exception of a few titles. That’s definitely good news for players that have heavily invested on the current generation, as they will be able to bring their collection over. Following the announcement, Naughty Dog confirms all of their PS4 games will be playable on the PS5.

Announced by Naughty Dog on their social media channels, titles such as The Last of Us Part II, The Last of Us Remastered, Uncharted 4, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Uncharted 1 – 3, and the Jak series will be backwards compatible and PS5 ready.

What has yet to be confirmed is if any of these titles will see improved performance via Game Boost. Ghost of Tsushima has been confirmed to be playable in 60FPS with improved load times and it would actually be nice to head back to Seattle with Ellie and the gang in 60FPS too. While we’re fairly confident that some of these titles will be boosted, if not all, an official confirmation would do wonders.

Will you be playing any of these titles again on the PS5?
