Following an initial trial release last month, Microsoft has announced that PC Game Pass is now officially available in the Philippines along with other countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

PC Players can avail of the subscription service for only PHP49 for the first 3 months and shift to a monthly recurring fee of PHP119 after that. PC Game Pass will include over 100 high-quality PC games such as Bethesda titles along with an EA Play membership. Best of all, Xbox Game Studios releases will also be available on the service on day one.

Some of the titles already included in the service are Age of Empires IV, Back 4 Blood, Forza Horizon 5,
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Hades, Minecraft, Sea of Thieves, and Microsoft Flight Simulator, among others. Halo Infinite, as well as iconic franchises like DOOM, Wolfenstein, Dishonored and The Evil Within
from Bethesda Softworks are also available.

This initiative is part of Microsofts efforts to break into the Southeast Asian market, a territory that it has struggled to effectively penetrate ever since. With a service that provides fantastic value for a wide audience, this could be the start of something good for Microsoft in the region.

“Our goal is to bring PC Game Pass to more countries where Windows is available to help us reach over 3 billion gamers worldwide. We are off to a strong start in Southeast Asia where we saw great demand for PC Game Pass during the preview period. We are listening to the players and are always looking to improve the experience. This includes growing the selection of games across genres and providing better language support,” says Jeremy Hinton, Xbox Asia Business Lead.
