Private Division Announces Four New Publishing Partnerships

Take-Two’s Private Division, the publishing label that brought you OlliOlli World, has announced that they’ve recently signed four new publishing agreements with various independent developers such as Die Gute Fabrik, Evening Star, Piccolo Studio, and Yellow Brick Games.

The publishing label recently acquired Roll7 a few months ago and with the signing of these agreements, their portfolio will soon see a boost in variety once the titles are unveiled.

Michael Worosz, Executive Vice President and Head of Private Division, had this to say about the deal:

“At Private Division we champion the best creative talent in the games industry, and these four teams and the experiences that they are building represent an array of genres that will appeal to many different gaming audiences. Die Gute Fabrik, Evening Star, Piccolo Studio, and Yellow Brick Games each have their own wildly diverse creative visions, and we’re thrilled to help introduce their games to the world.”

Die Gute Fabrik is a Copenhagen-based company, best known for its work on 2019’s IGF and Indiecade award-winning Mutazione. Evening Star is based in Los Angeles and previously worked on the critically-acclaimed Sonic Mania Plus for SEGA and will be debuting their unannounced 3D action platformer utilizing their proprietary Star Engine.

Piccolo Studio is based in Spain and will be developing a unique new IP in partnership with Private Division. Lastly, Yellow Brick Games is based in Quebec and will be creating an ambitious new action RPG.
