Let’s Unbox the Resident Evil Village Collectors Edition

Ever since the Resident Evil 2 Remake, Capcom has since had a fascination over “boxed” Collector’s Editions. With Resident Evil 7 being the exception (it was a huge house), the 3 most recent titles all have the same theme. The Resident Evil Village Collectors Edition is the latest of Capcom’s entries that follows the lead of the previous entries, with these CE’s packaged in a collectible box that symbolizes the game – RE2 with the RPD box, RE3 with the S.T.A.R.S. box, and now Village with a luggage of sorts.

The Resident Evil Village Collectors Edition retailed for $219.99 (PHP11,995 locally) and is the most expensive out of the three. It contains the base game, the Trauma Pack DLC, the pre-order bonus DLC, a Steelbook, Cloth Map, Artbook, and a Chris Redfield Figure. Considering the contents, it does seem pricey, but it is nice to know that the Chris Redfield figure included has very good details and is sculpted quite well. If you’re looking for one, you might be out of luck as these have been sold out since it was announced for pre-orders.

Without further ado, let’s check it out!
