Sonic Frontiers Release Date Accidentally Revealed by Sega

Just ahead of Gamescom Opening Night Live, where Sonic Frontiers is supposed to make an appearance, its release date was accidentally revealed by none other than SEGA themselves.

SEGA’s Japanese Youtube account uploaded an advertisement for the game, revealing a November 8 release date for the next big adventure from the blue blur. The video has now been taken down, but not before some fans managed to take a screenshot.

We’re fully expecting this to be revealed during the Gamescom show hosted by Geoff Keighley, and the November 8 date is quite an interesting choice since it will be going head to head with God of War Ragnarok, releasing on November 9.

Do you think this is a good decision for Sonic Frontiers, launching this close to the latest from Kratos and Atreus?
